Bryan R. Bishop
An attorney since 1988, Bryan graduated from Dartmouth and Washington & Lee and is admitted to the bar in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Bryan has limited his law practice to estate planning, estate administration, and probate since 1994 and has written hundreds of estate plans. Probate or trust administration is the end process of any estate plan and he has successfully directed that process for both large and small estates. Brian is a practitioner with the experience, time, focus, and concern to write the plan you want and need.
David Carlson was admitted to the Virginia bar October 2007 after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center. He worked in estate planning and administration for the first four years of his career. While he continues to work in trusts and estates, David is now focused on Living Trust Attorney Ltd.’s litigation practice for estates and trusts.
